on holiday again

Well I have not blogged for ages so should have lots to say. My darling hubby took me to see my hero she was amazing. So much so that we are going to see her again in March this year twice. She did not need to borrow my wig hers was fine. Her stylists had done a good job and it looked wow.

I really enjoyed the last cruise. Hubby had made us matching caps and t shirts they were cool. He went to a great deal of trouble and it was really nice.

my latest thoughts

It suddenly occurred to me the other day that no matter how you think about an outcome to a planned event will go, it always turns out differently. And no matter how distant you try to make yourself from the issue it still drags you down. I had to sort a problem out in my buisness the other day. I put my all into it as usual and have been left feeling cold as to the outcome of it. Things are not feeling right and I am unsure as to the way forward. My concience is telling me that there is still unrest in the camp.

We have been on holiday recently. It was nice but too hot. It is 5 am in the morning and I can't sleep. I have no eastenders to watch as it is Sunday and I can't be bothered to go back to try and sleep. Oh well it will be morning soon.

Going to Alaska next week. Hubby says it will be cold. Complete contrast to last holiday. Really excited never been to alaska before. Looking forward to meeting some husky pups and seeing all the beautiful scenery.

Think I will sign off now. Feel like I am waffling because I am tired. Won't leave it as log next time promise.

My first blog all by myself

Well I am sat here in my office all by myself and it has taken me 15 minutes to work out how to add to my blogg but here I am. Not only did I type my email address in wrong twice but I also tried to set up two new blogg accounts and even manage to get my password wrong.

Oh well never mind I am here now.

I joined the gym yesterday for the second time in two years. I am aiming to go three times a week to either swim or train or both. Well my efforts to go this morning failed as I had an appointment that I had forgotten about ho hum. I am aiming to go tomorrow. I will let you know if I make it.

I wonder what my beloved is doing. Just read his blog about Jasper Carrot. Not bad. I thought about putting my teletubbies programme on but I was not sure if anyone would appreciate it.

Well what can I say. Thanks "Ike" you have done me proud.

I am going to have to practise my long entrance walk from my stretched limo 'never had one!' like on the video and then go into my song. Just need a bit more practice at the walk.

I need tina's email address and then I can offer her my wig to use on the show or offer to stand in for her if she is feeling tired. I can only do 'The Best' though she will have to manage the rest.

I also need to scan some photos in of my various performances. I have started being requested to attend parties now and to remember to bring my wig and have even been sent home to fetch it from two because I forgot it!

A message from Ike.

Hello everyone and welcome to the blog.

"Tina Turner The Third" is my wife's nickname who thinks she is Tina Turner's greatest fan.

This means that whenever and wherever "The Best" is played, she grabs a wig out of her handbag (yes - she carries it everywhere) and dances and sings along.

Loudly.

I am usually to be found hiding under a table in embarassment.

Most of our friends now refer to her as "Tina" rather than her real name... indeed some recent friends think that Tina is her real name!

I've been blogging for the last year or so (at www.caravanparkmanager.co.uk if you're interested) and I've set this blog up so "Tina" can have a go.
